The Deal:
Reservations:
- To reserve, a 50% deposit is required. We accept checks and money orders only.
- Once we have agreed on an available date, we will hold the reservation for seven days pending receipt of 50% deposit.
Linens:
- Bedspreads, mattress pads, kitchen linens, and bathmats are provided.
Bedsheets and house towels are available to rent. The cost is $100 for 25 W. Henderson and $125 for 5 E. Atlanta.
- Beach towels are not included and must be provided by the guest.
Amenities:
Amenities included at both houses are as follows:
- TV
- DVD player/Stereo
- Central Heat/Air
- Dishwasher
- Washer/Dryer
- Gas Grill
- Outdoor Shower
Items available for rent:
The following items are available for rent:
- Beach chairs/umbrellas
- Bicycles
- Surfboards

Check-In/Check-Out:
- Check-in is at 3PM on the Sunday that guests arrive and check-out is at 10AM the following Sunday.
Rules:
- Both houses are smoke free and pets are not allowed.
- No house parties or unsupervised minors.
- Maximum occupancy is 8 people at 25 W. Henderson and 10 people at 5 E. Atlanta.
Refunds:
- In the event that a reservation must be cancelled due to evacuation for a storm, we will give the guest a full refund. In all other cases, there will be a 50% refund only if the reservation is cancelled within 30 days.
